The Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority (FSDA) has implemented an Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) project under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) to provide quality and affordable housing for economically weaker sections of society.
The project, located at Revenue Village Usayni, Tehsil Tundla, District Firozabad, comprises 568 EWS housing units developed along with internal infrastructure and development works. With a total project investment of approximately ₹36.26 crore, the project reflects FSDA's commitment to planned urban development and inclusive housing.
The residential units are developed in G+3 buildings, with each unit providing a carpet area of 22.77 sq. m. and a super area of 34.07 sq. m. Each home includes essential facilities such as two rooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen space and balcony, providing beneficiaries with a safe and dignified living environment.
All 568 housing units under the project have been completed and allotted, marking a significant step towards the goal of providing affordable housing and improving the quality of life for eligible beneficiaries in Firozabad.
