Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority (FSDA) is preparing the Pachwan Aawasiya Yojna — the 5th major housing scheme on Firozabad's NH-19. After the establishment of the Authority, this is the first time FSDA is moving towards creating such a large-scale fully integrated housing scheme. The scheme is being developed in Sector-71 area as per National Building Code standards with transport & logistics, drinking water, sewerage treatment, solid waste management and commercial facilities. Covering 456 bigha, the scheme will provide housing for approximately 12,000 people across ~500 housing units. This will generate significant employment opportunities in the construction sector and mark a new milestone in the state's housing development.
फिरोजाबाद-शिकोहाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण (FSDA) फिरोजाबाद के NH-19 पर पांचवीं आवासीय योजना तैयार कर रहा है। प्राधिकरण के गठन के बाद यह पहला अवसर है जब FSDA इतनी बड़ी पूर्ण एकीकृत आवासीय योजना के निर्माण की ओर अग्रसर हो रहा है। योजना सेक्टर-71 क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय भवन संहिता मानकों के अनुसार विकसित की जा रही है, जिसमें परिवहन एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स, पेयजल, सीवरेज उपचार, ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन और व्यावसायिक सुविधाएं शामिल हैं। 456 बीघा में फैली इस योजना से लगभग 12,000 लोगों को ~500 आवासीय इकाइयों में आवास मिलेगा। इससे निर्माण क्षेत्र में भारी रोजगार के अवसर उत्पन्न होंगे और प्रदेश के आवास विकास में एक नया मील का पत्थर स्थापित होगा।
