Pachwan Awasiya Yojna is an ambitious initiative by the Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority (FSDA) under the Chief Minister Urban Expansion / New City Promotion Scheme, being developed at Village Pachwan along NH-19 in Firozabad. Since the authority's inception, this marks its first major residential project of such scale, fully equipped with international standards. Spanning a vast area of 71 acres, the township is self-sustainable and features zero-discharge facilities, uninterrupted power supply, clean water, and rainwater harvesting.
Built at an estimated cost of ₹456 crore, the project will house approximately 12,000 residents across around 500 residential blocks while generating immense employment opportunities in the state. Under Phase-1, developed across 14.06 hectares, layout plans include 238 residential plots, 71 EWS/LIG plots, 7 group housing plots, 10 mixed-use plots, 17 commercial plots, and 5 public facility plots. Additionally, nearly 5 acres are dedicated to green parks, with a robust road network of 9m, 12m, 18m, and 45m widths. A comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) valued at ₹93.00 crore has been structured to bring modern lifestyle dreams to reality.
